| 内容記述 | In Japan, the increase in the vacant house stocks have become problems. While there are many problems in the renovation of vacant houses and no model have been already established, the activities of community carpenters as proposed by the author is being recognized. However, the state of on-site management has not been discussed. In this study, the current situation and problems are summarized from the viewpoint of QCDSE, the five major elements of building construction management, for the management of vacant house renovation sites that are managed by community carpenters. 1）Since the participants were free to participate, it was difficult to read the number of participants. Therefore, it was necessary to constantly create work. 2）Unlike general construction sites, there is freedom in terms of quality, cost, and construction period because the work is not done under agreements. 3）There were no problems with safety management, but further actions are required. 4）The demolition materials could be reused naturally. |
