| 内容記述 | This study aims to explore the educational significance, practical effectiveness, and the necessity of the SFR concept in Sports First Responder (SFR) training, implemented in youth sports contexts in the Philippines and Japan. This initiative is viewed from a broader sports management perspective, focused on delivering the multifaceted value of sports to society, recognizing SFR as an indispensable element for all individuals involved in sports activities. The two countries differ significantly in terms of medical infrastructure and cultural environment. The training sessions were systematically designed and led by university students from Kokushikan University. Qualitative data, including observation records and participants' written feedback, revealed that children improved their understanding of first-aid responses and developed heightened safety awareness. Furthermore, changes in safety awareness were also observed among coaches and guardians. These findings indicate that SFR training is not merely about acquiring technical skills but also serves as an effective educational approach to fostering a culture of safety within youth sports settings. Future efforts should consider flexible implementation tailored to specific local cultural and institutional contexts, to establish SFR education as a new standard for safety management to be shared by all individuals involved in sports activities. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究は、医療インフラや文化的背景が大きく異なるフィリピンおよび日本の青少年スポーツ現場において、教育支援活動として実施されたスポーツファーストレスポンダー（SFR）教育の教育的意義と実施効果を考察することを目的とした。 このトレーニングセッションは、国士舘大学の学生が主体となり、体系的に設計・実施されたものである。観察記録や参加者から得られた自由記述などの質的データ分析の結果、子どもたちの応急手当に関する理解が深まり、安全への意識が高まったことが明らかとなった。さらに、保護者や指導者にも安全意識の変容が見られた。 これらの結果は、SFR 教育が、単なる技術指導にとどまらず、安全なスポーツ環境を確保し、スポーツの本質的な価値を享受・継承していく上で、指導者、保護者、管理者、そして選手自身を含むすべての関係者が共有すべき基盤となることを示唆している。 |
