| 内容記述 | Participation in judo carries a certain amount of risk. The fact is that injuries and accidents have occurred in practice both for beginners and experienced practitioners. In 2024, a fatal accident occurred during a judo training session at the Kyoto Prefectural Police station. Our mission to teach the basic fundamentals of break-falling and injury prevention techniques to students of Kokushikan University with limited judo experience. The current work is an analysis of the safe aspects of break-falling. | |||||
