| 内容記述 | The purpose of the study was to investigate ball speed and accuracy and torso movement from a kinematic point of view for the jump floater serve motion using a motion capture system, in order to obtain basic data for improving athletic performance in female volleyball players. The subjects were 16 female university volleyball players. The subjects were performed 10 jump floater-serve movements with both feet off the ground. The average value of the 10 trials was used as the individual value, and the subjects were divided into two groups: the top 8 (H group) and the bottom 8 (L group) in terms of performance index (ball speed × accuracy; PI). Ball velocity and PI were higher in the H group than in the L group. The trunk rotation angle did not differ between the two groups, and the trunk lateral flexion angle was higher in L group than in H group in the aerial posture. From these results, it can be inferred that balance in the aerial posture is an important factor in gaining ball speed and accuracy in order to hit a faster and more accurate jump floater serve. |
