| 内容記述 | It has been pointed out that evacuation centers that are opened during the chaos of a disaster may have difficulty ensuring a good living environment for evacuees and the arrangement of necessary supplies, which could lead to further chaos. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to assume that an evacuation shelter will be opened due to an earthquake, to formulate layout conditions so that evacuation shelter operations can be carried out smoothly and uniformly, and to create an actual evacuation shelter layout diagram. We have organized the roles required for evacuation shelters to cover the 19 items required for operation operations in the “Evacuation Shelter Management Guidelines,” and created area frames according to the purpose of use, and space frames to further subdivide each area.
