(ジャーナリスト)」に代表される、米軍統治下の沖縄の再建に寄与した右派の論客・剣道指導者であり、台湾引揚者であった。松川は、国士舘専門学校卒業後に徳富蘇峰の推薦を受けて渡台し、新聞記者から台北商業学校の剣道教師へと転身した。戦時中に補充兵を経験した松川は、敗戦により沖縄へ引き揚げ、沖縄剣道連盟を結成
