In teacher training universities, an urgent issue is to have students learn how to use ICT. Therefore, first we considered the ICT utilization instructions checklist which the Ministry of Education had distributed in relation to learning situations for grasping the abilities of ICT utilization instructions. Then we surveyed teachers and students during teacher training about their ability to use and teach with ICT. Second, we surveyed 2^nd and 3^rd grade students in Department of Sport Education for Children by using the ICT checklist.
