200901040192264642","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_161":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本と韓国は心情的には親密な関係を持ちながら、歴史的には非常にネガティブな観点を持つという複雑な関係に置かれていることが事実である。個人的には連帯感を持ちながら、お互いの共存意識を形成するにはかなりの隔たりが存在する。\nまた、地理的な近さや政治、経済、社会的な関連性を取り上げ、日韓協力の必要性を強調する場合もある。冷戦期には、日本と韓国の協力関係は反共イデオロギーに基づいた日米韓連帯構築のための政治と安保的な理由が中心であったが、脱冷戦期以降は経済、社会的な分野に拡大された。2000年以降の中国の浮上にもかかわらず、日本はいまだ世界の経済大国であり、日韓両国は重要な交易国で間違いない。何よりも日韓両国は、アジアで唯一市場経済や人権、法律の価値を共有する国である。\nまた、東アジアをめぐる国際関係の背景も無視できない。例えば、中国の浮上と一帯一路による米中関係の悪化の中で、日本が提案したクアッド（Quad）は米韓同盟、日米韓関係、日中関係、日米同盟などにおいてとても重要な事項である。\nこういう状況の中、日韓関係は過去数十年間にわたって歴史問題、領土問題などの緊張要因が発生する度に多くの困難に遭遇してきた。このため、日韓協力の必要性を自覚しながらも協力と葛藤を繰り返してきた。日韓の歴史問題が外交の重要懸案となり両国の関係が悪化した時も、人的交流は継続され両国の文化交流も絶えず続いてきた。\nそして、両国の文化は既に相手国の社会全般にわたって拡散、定着していると言える。\n従って本論文では、日韓両国において最も友好的な関係を作ったと評価されている1998年「21世紀の新しい日韓パートナーシップ共同宣言（金大中・小淵共同宣言）」以降から現在までの日韓関係を中心に話したい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_description_164":{"attribute_name":"item_10002_description_164","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"事業名：第15回国際学術シンポジウム・戦後日韓外交の変遷と今後の展望\n日時：2021年4
