| 内容記述 | This study aims to clarifying the relationship between softball throw records and throwing movements and consider effective instruction content by creating a regression equation. The main results were as follows; 1. It was found that the 6th grade boys had high scores for “body stance/left foot（stepping on the left foot)” and “twisting the trunk” in both the upper and lower groups. 2. When teaching 6th grade boys, it is important to have a focus on improving the movement of the arms, and suggested that the record of softball throws could be extended by increasing the motion scores related to the right and left arms. 3. It was inferred that the 6th grade girls could improve their throwing movements by focusing on the content of the instruction to increase the movements of the lower extremities. 4. From the results of the regression equation, the upper group of 6th grade girls may be able to further improve the record of softball throws by increasing the movement score of the “right arm (after throwing; follow through)”. |
