Results indicated changes before and after intake in athletes taking the supplement. Fatigue was significantly alleviated overall and in the torso. In addition, upper arm fatigue and sleep decreased significantly in athletes not taking the supplement. A comparison of athletes not taking the supplement to those taking the supplement after intake indicated that athletes taking the supplement were in significantly better overall condition. A comparison of sports performance indicated that athletes taking the supplement improved significantly on a seated toe touch, increasing from an average of 48.6 cm pre-intake to an average of 51.8 cm post-intake. Essential fatty acids (ω 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids),DHA and krill oil in phospholipid form are taken up by the cell membrane. DHA and krill oil enhance cell and tissue function in the body by prompting cells to take up nutrients and quickly eliminate waste products. DHA and krill oil also have 2 other actions:“producing energy” via reduced coenzyme Q10 and“ antioxidant action” by inhibiting physical deterioration. Astaxanthin has “antioxidant action,” which involves antioxidant action, anti-fatigue action, antiinflammatory action, enhanced immunity, and enhanced endurance. Based on the current findings, the 2 actions of DHA and krill oil and the action of astaxanthin presumably led to recovery from overall fatigue. Leucine augmented muscle protein synthesis, presumably resulting in muscles of joints in the legs, knees, hips, and back recovering from fatigue. Two amino acids, leucine and arginine, efficiently produce energy through the citric acid cycle(a system for energy metabolism)and hasten recovery from fatigue. Thus, they may have helped athletes engaged in strenuous training like that in this study to recover from fatigue. In addition, citrulline is a vasodilator that presumably increased the flexibility of blood vessel walls., application/pdf}, pages = {39--46}, title = {サプリメントの摂取が女子フロアボール選手に及ぼす影響}, volume = {20}, year = {2020}, yomi = {スドウ, アキハル and ヤマダ, ケンジ and ヤザワ, カズナガ} }
