The starting atomic ratio of RE:Al:B was settled as 1:10:3. In the cases of RE=Er(Erbium)and Ho(Holmium), when we substituted Al flux with Fe in 10 at.% and Cr in 5 at.%, YCrB_{4-}type compounds were successfully obtained, when the amount of Fe and Cr decreased, RE tetraboride REB_4 or Holmium dodecaboride HoB_{12} crystals were coexisted mainly. The lattice parameters and chemical analysis of RE(Al_{1-x-y}Fe_xCr_y)B_4(RE=Ho, Er)with YCrB_{4-} type compounds obtained by a single phase, for Er(Al_{1-x-y}Fe_xCr_y)B_4;a=0.5917(1)nm, b=1.1442(2)nm, c=0.3443(1)nm, Er(Al_{0.29}Fe_{0.18}Cr_{0.62})B_{3.8}, for Ho;a=0.5931(3)nm, b=1.1451(5)nm, c=0.3506(4)nm, Ho(Al_{0.25}Fe_{0.1}5Cr{_0.61})B_{4.6}, respectively. The solid solubilizes of Fe or Cr elements in YCrB_4 type compounds are discussed. The magnetic susceptibility of powder samples of combining ratio Er(Al_{1-x-y}Fe_xCr_y)B_4 was measured by using a SQUID magnetometer in the temperature range of 300K to 1.8 K. The antiferromagnetic transition were each observed at T_N=6.5 K(magnetic field:5 kOe)or T_N=5.8 K (magnetic field:10 kOe)for Er(Al_{1-x-y}Fe_xCr_y)B_4., application/pdf}, pages = {49--53}, title = {Alフラックス介在型アーク溶融法によるYCrB_{4-}タイプ化合物の合成と磁化率}, volume = {11}, year = {2017}, yomi = {ヤマサキ, タカシ and コウズ, カオル and ノムラ, アキコ and オカダ, シゲル and シシド, トウエツ and ユブタ, クニオ and ヨシカワ, アキラ and モリ, タカオ} }
