200901088616635835","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_161":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　子どもの腱の特性に関して生物学的成熟度の観点から検討した研究はない。\n子どもの腱の特徴を明らかにすることは、発育に伴う生体組織の変化や、スポーツ選手に多い腱障害発生メカニズムを解明する上で非常に有用なものとなる。本研究では、ヒト生体における腱の力学的特性の発育に伴う変化を明らかにすることを目的として、発育期の子どもおよび大人を対象にアキレス腱の形態と力学的特性を比較・検討した。\n　対象は東京都内のサッカークラブに所属する下肢に重篤な既往歴のない男子中学1～2年生26名 (平均年齢14.0 ± 0.6歳) であり、また健康な13名の男子大学生 (平均年齢21.1 ± 1.1歳) を成長終了後の比較対象として設定した。形態として身長、体重、下腿長、腱長、腱厚を測定した。アキレス腱の力学的特性は、Bモード超音波断層装置 (ALOKA社製SSD-1000) を用い、足関節最大筋力発揮中の腓腹筋内側頭筋腱移行部の移動距離を測定し、足関節底屈筋力と筋力発揮時のアキレス腱の伸張量からアキレス腱のスティフネスを算出した。\n　本研究では暦年齢に差がないにもかかわらず、骨年齢と歴年齢との差によって群分けされた早熟タイプ (EG群) と晩熟タイプ (YG群)
