While there are many problems in the renovation of vacant houses and no model have been already established, the activities of community carpenters as proposed by the author is being recognized. However, the state of on-site management has not been discussed. In this study, the current situation and problems are summarized from the viewpoint of QCDSE, the five major elements of building construction management, for the management of vacant house renovation sites that are managed by community carpenters. 1）Since the participants were free to participate, it was difficult to read the number of participants.
